From July 1, 2019, according to the Federal law No. 54, the cashier of the theatre's box office is obliged to issue you receipt with the number of your order along with a ticket containing information about the event. It is compulsory to keep a receipt and present both documents for access to the event.
On July 1, 2019, a new principle for buying tickets to entertainment events entered into force in Russia (Federal Law No. 54 dated 05.22.2003 "On the use of cash registers when effecting settlements in the Russian Federation”).
Previously, it was required to present only the ticket itself at the entrance, while the ticket inspector scanned the bar code or tore off the stub and let the audience into the hall.

When buying tickets online, on our website, the receipt will be delievered to your email along with the ticket. Both documents can be shown on the screen of the smartphone, it is not necessary to print them out.
Blank ticket without a receipt is not valid.Entrance to the theatre is allowed only by presenting the ticket with a receipt.
Electronic tickets are valid without a receipt.
All tickets purchased before July 1 are valid without a receipt.
Refunds are possible only by providing both a ticket and a receipt. Please note that the return of tickets rather electronic or printed is now possible only at the place of purchase. The box office of our theatre accepts only tickets sold at our box office for return.
