Personal Data Processing Policy

In the course of using the Site, the St. Petersburg Opera may receive the following personal information:

• personal data that the User knowingly agrees to transfer to the Company by filling out the “Feedback” form in the "Guestbook" section;
• technical information automatically collected by the Site software during its visit by the User.

Personal information provided by the User is not subjected to verification for accuracy, therefore the User is obliged to independently monitor the completeness, reliability and relevance of the information transmitted.

During a visit to the website, technical information about the User from standard server logs (server logs) automatically becomes available. The St. Petersburg Opera takes all organizational and technical measures provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation to protect your personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions.

Only authorized employees of the Company have access to the User's personal data.

The User's personal data is used only in accordance with this Policy.

The St. Petersburg Opera takes measures to maintain the accuracy and relevance of personal data held by the Company, as well as to delete outdated or redundant personal data. The User is responsible for providing correct information.

The User has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a written notice to the address: 190000, St. Petersburg, Galernaya st. 33, marked "withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data". Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data entails the destruction of records containing personal data in the personal data processing systems of the Company.
