On the basis of the Federal Law 193-FZ as of July 18, 2019 “On Amendments to the Law of the Russian Federation “Fundamentals of the Legislation of the Russian Federation on Culture”, which entered into force on September 1, 2019, the following rules have been introduced to regulate the procedure for a ticket refund:
In case of cancellation, replacement or postponement of the performance (concert), the visitor is reimbursed in accordance with the procedure established by the theatre, the full cost of the ticket. If a visitor refuses to attend a performance (concert) due to a documented illness of the visitor, the theatre will reimburse 100 percent of the ticket price if the ticket is returned no later than the day of performance. The spectator is obliged to provide a copy of the passport, a ticket (or a copy of an electronic ticket), as well as a receipt (or a copy of an electronic receipt) together with the application. In addition, within 14 days it is necessary to provide the original sick leave or death certificate, as well as the original return application.
If the visitor refuses to attend the performance (concert) for other reasons, the visitor has the right to return the ticket:
Tickets sold by the theatre as part of special programs and promotions that provide for special conditions for purchasing tickets (including benefits, discounts) are not accepted for return.
Refunds for electronic tickets purchased on the theater's website are made on the basis of a spectator's application. In the application of any form, you must specify the full name and order number.
