On the initiative of the President, on September 1, a new cultural program “Pushkinskaya Karta” (Pushkin Card) will start in Russia. With its help, young people aged 14 to 22 will be able to purchase tickets to theatres, museums and concert halls at state expense. The value of the card in 2021 is 3,000 rubles, next year it will be 5,000 rubles.
