Alexey Pashiev was born in Perm. At the age of 8 years old he was taken into the children's choir of the Perm State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater. He studied at the music school in the class of flute. In 2001, he graduated from the Rimsky-Korsakov St. Petersburg Music College (solo singing, class of E. M. Prokofiev). Combining his studies at the music school, he also worked in the choir of the opera studio at the Rimsky-Korsakov St. Petersburg State Conservatory, later in the choir of the Mikhailovsky Theatre. In 2005, he began studying at the Rimsky-Korsakov St. Petersburg State Conservatory (vocal-directing faculty (solo singing). 

Since 2002, Alexey is a soloist of the Chamber Music Theatre 'St. Petersburg Opera' 
In 2011 - 2012 is an artist of the youth program of the Bolshoi Theatre (Moscow) 
Since 2012, Alexey Pashiev is a guest soloist of the Bolshoi Theatre
