Tickets sale procedure

Authorization and Logging in 

To buy the tickets you have to log in at the website. If you are already registered, please enter your personal details (username and password). The confirmation of the registration will be sent to your mail account. After logging in you can get access to your personal page. 
You can also log in using your account in social networks VKontakte or Facebook. 
Authorized users also have access to the history of their orders. 

Order procedure 
Choose your seats in the map of the hall. 
The scheme shows available seats that can be ordered through the website. Select your seats with a mouse click and then click "Add to your Cart" (if you want to select more tickets) or "Order" (to continue with your order). 
Warning! If the tickets are “in the Cart”, it does not guarantee they are ordered. To make sure they are fully booked, you should complete your order. Otherwise the tickets will be available for sale again 20 minutes after they were added "To your Cart". 
You can purchase up to 10 tickets in one order for one performance. 
Once you have selected the tickets you like, you can make them as a single order. To do this, click "Order" and confirm it. 
On the confirmation page you will see the order number and the amount to be paid. Check all the details carefully and click "Pay" to get access to the payment page. For safety reasons your order will be forwarded to Assist, electronic payment system. Please do not leave the page of the payment system until the payment is complete, or you until you get an error payment message. If you leave the payment system page, you won’t be able to restart the payment procedure earlier than in 20 minutes. 

CAUTION. Make sure you have enough time to pay for your order. If you are making the payment at the last minute, it may be automatically canceled while you are entering the payment data at Assist website. In this case, the card transaction will be automatically canceled. If you see that only a few minutes are left before the cancellation and you want to buy these particular seats, delete your order and create a new one instead. 
After the payment is completed successfully, you will be automatically redirected to your Personal account at the theatre website where you can print the tickets. 
You can also get access to the payment page from the history of your orders in your Personal account. 

Obtaining the tickets 
Entrance to the theatre is possible with tickets only. 
The tickets cannot be delivered to the buyer. 
Your Buyer’s certificate will be sent to your mail account. It contains your order number, information about the performance, your seat numbers and the key identifier of your order. 

What is Buyer’s certificate? 
Is a certificate that will be sent to your mail account within a few minutes after completing the transaction. Print out your certificate and present it at the box office of The St. Petersburg Chamber Opera. Then you will be given your tickets. 
You can get your prepaid tickets without queuing at the box office before the performance. To do it, you have to present your printed Buyer’s certificate. 
If you are unable to print your Buyer’s certificate, you can get your tickets without queuing at the box office before the performance if you provide your order number, information from the Assist voucher and your ID. 
If the tickets are to be collected by another person, this person has to provide the Buyer’s certificate and the power of attorney allowing him/her to receive tickets. The power of attorney can be written in free form but it should contain the order number, name and signature of the credit card owner, the name and signature of the person who receives the tickets, the date of issuance and the validity of the power of attorney. 

Tickets return 
The prepaid tickets cannot be exchanged. 
The prepaid tickets can be returned not less than twenty four (24) hours before the performance by a special request. 
In case of cancellation or replacement of the event, the tickets can be returned by a special request. 
If the payment was made online with a credit card, the money will be returned according to the "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights".
