About the Pushkin Card
Pushkinskaya Karta (Pushkin Card) is a state program aimed at familiarizing young people with culture. Citizens between 14 to 22 years old are able to attend cultural events at the expense of the state. From January 1, 2022, the balance of the card is 5,000 rubles.
How to obtain the Pushkin Card:
1. Register on the Gosuslugi portal This can be done from the age of 14 after obtaining a passport.
2. Verify your account using online banks or service centers.
3. Download the Gosuslugi.Kultura app. Available in the AppStore and Google Play.
4. Confirm the issue of the Pushkin card. You will receive it in the form of a virtual or plastic MIR card.
